Hostel Vague - Antalya

We had a fantastic time exploring the beautiful marina and enjoying the array of activities it offered. From boat rides to charming cafes and breathtaking views, we were captivated by the stunning surroundings. The kids especially loved the boat ride and feeding the fish. It was a wonderful family experience that created lasting memories.

My children wanted more kid-friendly activities at the hostel.

This hostel is located in a very nice and calm area, with super close proximity to the old town. You can easily explore the city center as it is conveniently located. there is a great bakery nearby that sells awesome apple pies, perfect for a sweet treat. the rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are generally clean. the staff is friendly and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The lack of hangers in the bathrooms and toilets can be inconvenient.

Conveniently located near the old town and plenty of restaurants, just a short walk away. They have daily events to enjoy, creating a lively atmosphere.

The bathroom and toilet on the top floor were in need of repair, as the doors didn't close properly and there were gaps, which could be a safety concern for women. there was only one bathroom with two showers, covered with curtains, and the door lock was broken.

I stayed in a room with a shared bathroom and it was surprisingly nice! The bidet and hairdryer were a great addition, and the slippers made me feel right at home. The seating area in some units was a cozy touch, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Plus, the air conditioning was a lifesaver, especially during those hot summer nights.

I didn't really enjoy the shared bathroom situation. It's just a personal preference, though, and I understand that others might not mind it at all.

The staff at this hostel is amazing and creates a welcoming atmosphere for everyone. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, even in December. There's a beautiful orange garden where you can hang out with other guests. The kitchen is well-equipped, and there's a lovely patio with a hanging chair. The hostel also has great Wi-Fi for remote work.

This hostel has a warm and homely atmosphere, making it easy to make friends and feel welcomed. The staff, especially Paul and Arthur, are amazing and caring individuals. The owner, Jasmine, is lovely and engages with the guests. The hostel provides a kitchen for guests to use and offers various delicious complimentary food. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean. The location is great, close to pubs, restaurants, and sightseeing areas.

The rooms at Hostel Vague are cozy and inviting, with a touch of home that made me feel comfortable during my stay. The shared bathrooms, equipped with a bidet and a hairdryer, were clean and well-maintained, giving me that extra touch of convenience. I loved that some of the units also had a seating area, providing a nice space to relax after a long day of exploring. The double room I stayed in had air conditioning, making it perfect for escaping the summer heat in Antalya. The kitchenette in the double room was a great addition, allowing me to prepare some of my own meals as a vegetarian.

Personally, I would have preferred if the shared bathrooms had showers instead of just a shower. But that's just my preference.

The public areas were not the cleanest and the hostel appeared a little run down. there were no privacy curtains around the beds, which would have been nice for some added privacy.

There were a few aspects that we didn't enjoy during our stay. The room doors with matte glass on the top allowed light from the corridor to enter at night, affecting our sleep.

The social atmosphere was great, with activities in the evenings where we would gather, eat, play music, and even go swimming. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance to everything. Plus, the private room had a comfortable bed, a lock for security, and a beautiful view from the window.

I had a few issues during my stay. there were pets in the accommodation, which I wasn't aware of beforehand.

I had an amazing stay at Hostel Vague! The value for money was excellent, and the double private room I booked was comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the old town. The staff, especially Yasmin, were so cute and made me feel like part of their little hostel family.

The only thing that could have made the morning meal better would be a wider variety of options.

The rooms were a bit small and could use some updating, particularly the showers which were cramped and difficult to hang clothes in. the public areas like the kitchen and living room also lacked inviting ambiance.
